humidity levels dropping

I have 5 boas, 1 albino burm and 2 snow corns... I'm currently haveing problems with the humidity level of the tanks. I keep them in aquarium style tanks with the tuff top style lids (screen/mesh) when the humidity levels outside drop... the tanks drop to 10% humidity... YIKES! I've got a humidifier running constantly, heat lamps directly on the water dishes... and still am having problems maintaining the humidity.... anyone have some tips?
