Not possible, John - we only have freshwater spring-fed swamps over here! You can't even accuse me of having licked too many cane toads, because they're not here yet either. Perhaps it's a bad case of sunstroke.

The problem is a complex one. We spend huge amounts of time each year wrestling with the politics of similar problems, and there are never easy solutions. Sometimes it would be nice to try different ideas to see whether they work in practice, but often we're reduced to merely arguing about various theories! C'est la vie.

I'm in full support of this, which is why I talk about common sense legislation. Alas, these sensibilities are hard to find when it comes to such matters! I think insufficient people agree with our philosophy, that's the problem.
