Can I modify my terrarium to hold a little bit of water?

I bought a used 50 gallon terrarium. The original owner said that I cannot put water in it. Can i seal it or modify it in some way where it can hold water? I don't need to put a lot of water in it, just enough for my pixie frog to be happy. Thanks for any help.
