Welp I tried twice tonight to get our new froggie Stretch to eat a tiny little cricket. I very gently coaxed him/her into a small plastic container and dropped in the cricket. Nothing.... he/she let it crawl all over himher. I gave him/her about 15 mins before releasing him and putting the cricket back in a separate container. Waited a couple hours and tried again. Stretch just doesn't want the cricket.
Any suggestions? His/Her tail has been gone for 2 days now. Maybe a little too soon to try and feed? Anyone got any other tricks? I don't want to just drop the cricket in the tank and walk away because I remember how much of a mess dead crickets can be when we had our crested gecko.
How long should I wait before trying again?
