:How convenient! who runs the animal shelter, zoo and police dept. ? What law did he break? How many mice were found dead? Inhumane treatment? Go to petco and look at the mice they have. What a bunch of crap. Oklahoma must be full of dumb a$$e$!


Considering the building was condemned and the neighbors were complaining of the smell? I am thinking maybe, just maybe, the animals were being kept inhumanely. And since it insinuated it was possibly connected with an illegal animal operation....they did get Al Capone on taxes after all.
