Brian,

Although I don't live in MA it is entirely conceivable that I could move there in the relatively near future, so this is of interest to me. Where did you read this? I've been looking at MA statues and the MassWildlife page and I don't see Cyclura listed as either exempt or requiring a permit. What's scary is that they say they don't issue permits for pets. Please let me know. Thanks!
