my corn has some scales sticking up ,,more

after his last shed which was a bad one ,, he has some scales sticking up,,they look like old skin,,but theyre not from the shed,, ,,, he has some rought scales and his belly is rough ,,when i handle him ,its like his belly is sharp,,cause the scales go up and down if you know what i mean

anyway,,,, anyone knows what this means,,,, i tend to overfeed him sometimes,,,could it be that he has to lose some weight or something
