Humidity in outdoor setups

I’m in NJ about a mile from the ocean and have two Tamatave panthers that I want to move outside for the summer. My question is how do you guys with outdoor setups keep the humidity high during periods of low humidity? I would think that just having many plants in the cage or even a humidifier would be useless if there’s any breeze at all.
