More problems, cud be parasites?

right, as i was cleaning out my panther today, there are small 'ticks' in his stool. they just look like mites?, could it be parasites even tho my panther is CB. also latley there has been loads of small flys in my chameleons cage, could they be laying eggs and in his stool n there hatching into 'larve'?
