If those "flies" are really tiny dark things they could be gnats that hatch out of overwatered potting soil. Pretty common, but probably not from the cham itself. You can repot the plants with clean soil and put the old stuff out in the garden. That will break the cycle. ANY cham can have parasites. Some are common in all their foods regardless of origin cb or wc. What is most important is the amount in the cham's system and his overall health. Most healthy chams have some parasites (just like your other pets or yourself even).
