I have used 8 T-Rex/Active UVB 100 and 160 watt bulbs and all have burned out except one. That's 7 out of 8 failures!!! Not a single bulb has lasted six months. I have emailed the Active/UVB company and there has been no response in over 6 weeks now. I have replaced my bulbs with the Big Apple Herp UVB bulbs and they have work flawlessly. The Big Apple UVB bulbs cost less, my Jacksons have responded well to them and they are more reliable....you draw you own conclusions. I will never give Active UVB my business again....inferior products with customer service to match.
