Its going to take a lot longer than 10 minutes to really help him flush his eye. You could set anything that is waterproof and that he can easily cling to in the shower if you're desperate. What about a folding clothes drying rack? A lawn chair with lots of slats? A large shrub or tree branch with the base planted in a bucket or in a vice? To lessen the chance that he falls and hurts himself put bunched up towels, sheets, or a mat in the bottom of the shower. The water should be warm and not hitting him directly. Aim it so it bounces off the shower wall onto him instead.
