She looks like it possibly. Chams retain sperm and can produce more than one clutch of fertile eggs per mating. She may not be ready to lay yet, but will soon. It will help you to weigh her regularly. You can detect egg development by a weight gain. She may also develop infertile eggs periodically in future without mating. Once females get into the egg production cycle it continues whether or not they ever mate again.
