Im pretty sure I answered this exact same question for someone else a couple of threads below, but the price depends on how large your tank is. The panels I use are 12"x18" and are used to heat tanks about 45"L x 26"D x 18"H. and the pannels cost me about $70. They come with a 10 year manufacturer warranty on the entire product and last over 30 years. Go to that link and give them a call. The guy that answeres will ask you a couple of questions about your tank and he will inform you as to what size you should use. I can see no dissadvantage to useing these pannels. ANyone who uses them will vouch for them. They are the ONLY source of heat I use and it allows for a perfect thermoregulation gradient.Let me know how it turns out for you.
:Whaere can I get them? how much are they? what are the benifits and what make them less desirable? ect... any info would be helpful, thanks! also what is a good source of ventalation?
