I don't think you are a troll and this forum is exactly where you can come to find help with any and all questions about box turtle care. Unfortunately we cannot pretend to be vets here and some problems need vet attention. You have said you will be taking the turtle to a vet, and that's the best advice we can give you. Until you see a vet, keep the turtle warm both day and night, about 83-85 degrees, well hydrated (Pedilyte soaks at a tepid temp 2-3 times a day, and on a moist substrate. Please let us know what the vet says.
