Looks like a nicely colored three-toe. The patterns are not uncommon. Even though, many three-toes are olive and drab, some have radiating lines and yellow/orange/even red coloration.
This turtle appears to be female from what I can see, but the pictures could be deceiving. Eyes appear female and the tail shot appears female as well. Is the plastron flat or concave (dented)?
I'd say if it's flat, you most likely have a pretty female three-toe.
