:Looks like a nicely colored three-toe. The patterns are not uncommon. Even though, many three-toes are olive and drab, some have radiating lines and yellow/orange/even red coloration.
:This turtle appears to be female from what I can see, but the pictures could be deceiving. Eyes appear female and the tail shot appears female as well. Is the plastron flat or concave (dented)?
:I'd say if it's flat, you most likely have a pretty female three-toe.

I agree female 3 toed. I have heard of a few instances where ornates and 3 toeds mixed. But it could be a 3 toed eastern quater or eighth mix.
