Who was it that Injected their feeders with water?? (more)

I know if my snakes are thirsty they will go to their watter dish and drink.. but I remember someone saying that they injected their feeders with water. Whoever that was, do you just inject the water into the mouth?? Im guessing any syringe type or anything which can be squeezed into the mouth will get the job done, but what did you use for this?
