When should I separate them???

They should definitely be seperated soon. I am not sure how young a female dragon can get pregnant, but I wouldnt be surprised if it was around 6-9 months of age.

If you cant really afford another setup maybe you should consider finding one of them a good home? Or you can try and build a cheaper setup with all the requirements. Often you can make a homemade cage for much cheaper then buying a cage. Of course it depends on the materials used etc.

Maybe others will have more suggestions. But I highly recommend seperating them because if you dont you are risking the females health and that of her future babies (if kept housed with a male she WILL become gravid). Not to mention if you cant afford a setup for her there is probably no way you will be able to afford taking care of MANY MANY hatchlings.
