Newbie to dart frogs....

Hey,
I was just wondering if D.Azereus can eat whitworms (fish food) or "micro worms" or are these gonna become parasites in the frogs system? Also, I read that darts can very easily get calcium deficiency... and i was wondering what kind of vitamin suppliments do YOU use? (brand names). And i was also wondering, why do some people put eggcrates at the bottom of their terrerium? Also, does anyone here use live moss? If so, what kind is it?
