Nope, pretty much from a general perspective. Mealworms really are poor feeders. Their cons out number their benefits.

"Mealworms are commonly used as a food item, however their chitinous exoskeleton may effect their overall digestibility. This problem can be minimized by only feeding recently molted, white, soft worms. Within about 24 hours the chitinous exoskeleton hardens and darkens. Note that the ratio of calcium (0.1) to phosphorous(0.2) is grossly out of balance with respect to the requirements for normal growth and maintenance of bone matrix. Therefore mealworms remain an inadequate sole diet for insectivorous reptiles." - Bruce A. Bogoslavsky D.V.M.
