Actually, I'm not wrong. But rest assured, that doesn't make your claim regarding leopard geckos any less true though. But the fact that leos can survive on such a diet doesn't make mealworms any better than they really are, and that doesn't mean there aren't better alternatives. Mealworms are poor feeders from a relative point of view. You must keep in mind that leopard geckos are troopers. They can take a lot of punishment. A leo could survive on a staple diet of just mealies, I have seen it too. But a leo on a varied diet of healthier worms and other invertebrates such as moths, crickets, and roaches would be better...
