First Time posting here! South Texas Trip.

Did some road crusing 5-4-03. This is what I found. 12 Western Diamondbacks, 9 Checkered Gartersnakes, 7 Great Plains Rats, 2 Glossy Snakes, 3 Mexican Milks, 1 Arid Land Ribbon Snake, 1 Texas Rat, 1 Bullsnake, 1 Western Coachwhip, 3 Unidentified ( to fast to get a good look at them...LOL!). Not bad for my first night out this year. All were found between the times of 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM. Temps were approx 85 - 75 . 40 snakes total. Will be going out again next weekend. West Texas here I come. Will be my first time there. Plan on finding alot. LATER ! John Rhoads.
