and Rep-cal has D3 along with calcium carbonate. if the shell is soft, brian, you are on the right track. continue what you are doing. it can take a long time for the bones to firm up again. but you might be dealing with a bacterial infection along with, or instead of, softshell syndrome. is there any discoloration, pus, or pitting in the shell?
