does Hoku resemble your little Virgil, I know they're about the same size and age?
The dark areas on Hoku (which are now turning light brown )show how much he's grown in the last 17 months.
I was hoping for some comments on the torts growth
and tried to take photos that showed how the pyramiding is smoothing out.Although bumbs are still visable on many scutes.
At least everyone's had a chance to see Hoku now. I hope to have somebody (if I haven't learned how by then!!)post photos of Hoku later in the year. I've got my fingers crossed that he'll continue growing slowly and smoothly. But I think this year will be very telling. He'll either continue as is, or take off on a growth spurt!
