Russian needs help!!!

I have some bad news...our sweet russian tortoise Larissa has developed a bad under shell. We took her to the vet on Saturday and she has developed a concave bottom shell. She has outgrown her shell and her undershell has not caught up to her body. The vet informed us that Larissa's chances of survival are not too good. We are taking every step possible to insure her survival but I need your help. If anyone has had any experience with this type of development, please let me know. Are the chances good or bad? What can be done to help her survive? Thanks for listening and for your help.
