I was recently asked a similar question, G. p. pardalis is said to be the "giant" form and babcocki is generally smaller. Some people think there is a diffrence in color & pattern but this may just be geographic vartation like you see in gray-banded kingsnakes. Last time I checked there was some dispute wheather there really was two forms.
