: Hey Emily, I can relate a bit, when mine had an injection, he was hobbling around for a few days, but nothing like yours. When is the reptile specialist coming back? Are there any other reptile vets in your area?
: I don't know what to tell you other than to seek some further veterinarian advice. I looked for some online and I came up with http://www.rmplc.co.uk/eduweb/sites/bcgonweb/index.html if you go to this page there is a veterinarian page. Maybe they can help you? It doesn't hurt to try. Also you can try doing a websearch for some tortoise info sites and see if they have any veterinarian email addresses. I did that in the past and got immediate good email help from Mike Jessop although I can't find where I got his email address from. I hope everyting works out ok, let us know.
Thank you everyone for all of your help. I am taking him to a reptile specialist on Wednesday. he seems to drink alot more, maybe the shot makes him thirsty? And he is kind of constipated, but atleast he ate tonight.
Any help is appreciated. I will let you know how everything turns out
