uh oh... Sampson has parasites? help!

Okay... so I got him a big new home and a new substrate (Cypress Mulch).. he seemed to have LOVED it.. he burried himself down in it and slept all night... well.. this morning when I was feeding him, I noticed a very tiny little white/clear colored thingy run across his shell.. then I picked him up and soaked him for a few minutes.. put him back in the enclosure.. waited a few minutes.. then picked him up again and there were a few more on him! One even ran across his face!! I have some Mycodex, should I spray the enclosure with it? I have it from when my burmese python had mites..... H E L P!!!
