Hi,
first of you need to identify it there are several species of Asian box turtles, go to the link below to indentify it:
Soak it asap. Although one species of Asian box turtle is aquatic the rest are mainly terrestrial, but all go into shallow water.
So until you identify which species it is soak in shallow water.
Soak for around 20 minutes in luke warm shallow water. The water should only come to the bottom of it's chin. Soak twice daily for the first few days and make sure it has water in it's enclosure, a plant pot saucer it can get in and soak in will work. Shallow and easy to enter and exit.
If it's weak make sure it can keep it's head out of the water when you soak.
Contact Turtle Homes to find a rehabber or somebody who will take it. I don't have the URL to Turtle Homes, I'll look for it and post again.

To identify the species go to this web site:
Asian box turtles:

If it is a Chinese box turtle contact Vickie Wheeler you will find an email link at the end of her web page:

http://www.micronet.net/users/~turtles/vickie.html

Or contack Turtle Homes which is your best bet, but soak the turtle it could be dehydrated. Soak it tjhen offer a varietry of foods. Fruits, chicken, cat food.

Hope this helps.
Terry
