Go to their web site and email Lori she will help you out and find somebody to take it.
In the meantime, keep it hydrated ,wipe the eyes gently, as and after you soak it, offer food and keep it warm and humid.Not higher than around 86 degrees though, with a cooler 75 degrees side.Try live foods, such as earthworms as well as fruits banana, canteloupe, papaya and boiled chicken and cat food.
Contact Turtle Homes for more advise as soon as possible.
I keep C. galbinifrons ( Indo chinese box turtles)
the Asian species can be extremely difficult, good luck.Of course if your friend can take it to a vet that would be the best bet, include a fecal float, very important with Asian turtles.
