URGENT Need some help with a turtle rescue!!!!

We received a call from a woman today who took in a what she thinks is a Chinese Box Turtle from an irresponsible owner. It isn't in the best of health... eyes are stuck shut and it's emaciated and needs someone who can rehab it if possible. From my discussion with her it doesn't sound like it has any respiratory problems just the above mentioned problems. She lives in Paramus New Jersey and would like someone close to her to pick it up. It most likely will not survive shipping. If anyone can help please email us ASAP and we will direct you to her.
