That's not my understanding of things, but here's your chance to give direct reference to the ICZN rule I have allegedly breached which would make my taxa names invalid.
I have my copy of the rules in front of me and based on your post, assume you have a copy of them in front of you as well, and am looking at it (the rules) with anticipation, especially as almost everyone here on the coalface in Australia are already using the names, bearing in mind even my adversaries have grudgingly admitted on KS already that my names are validly assigned.
