I maintain my geckos on a diet of fruit and meat baby foods with only the occasional live food (crickets) thrown in. If you look down a little further under one of the topics there will be a response titled "This is my Mix" (Or something like that) that's what I use on a day to day (or should I say every other day) basis. I only throw crickets in maybe once a week to keep their minds active. Hope this helps.
