I suggested Brian go in and discuss the issues with the manager. You should investigate the reasons from the pet stores view point before taking some of the actions you suggest. If you don't know first where they're coming from, the actions you suggest can be construed as harrassment. If you go in and come to the point that this pet store is a slum lord, then yes do the actions you suggested. Just my 1 1/2 cents.
