chinese corns?

ok i know they arent an actual cornsnake, but im assuming they are some specis of rat snake. anyone know which species are commonly called called chinese corns? couldn't find out at the petstore..im looking on-line now, hopefully ill find ou.t
the one that i saw was quite nice with an almost zig-zag type pattern along its back, wasn't very well kept and looked to be on the verge of death, but if that look is the standard im be getting one
