Does anyone else notice that their female Taiwans get very docile but on occasion flat out try and eat you? I absolutely did not smell of rodent, just my normal body odor, which of course might offend a human but shouldn't set off a feeding response in a snake. I've seen this now in three different females. Unlike my males the females don't try to get away. They seem to carefully check out their surroundings for a sign of food. (I had this happen with my last girlfriend as well).I guess it's best to keep these real well fed. Awesome animals despite all of this.
