Hello all,

I am trying to switch one of my ratsnakes over to rats. He has been eating mice since the week he was born and is over two years old now. Concequentaly, he does not seem to recognize rats as food. I tried scenting the rat but it was ignored. I then tried scenting the rat and hiding the mouce under it. The mouse was discovered and eaten, the rat left. I guess I will try braining next. Any other ideas if that doesn't work? If it comes to assist-feeding I will probably just stick with mice.
