Thankyou for your reply. The saying really is true: You learn something new everyday. I don't own one of these animals, but I saw one being offered for sale. No price was mentioned. For whatever reason, I have a particular affinty for Madagascar snakes(probably because many if not most are endangered). The picture I saw was of a very arboreal looking black and yellow little guy, with a catsnake-esque. ery strange but pretty animal.
I'd love to know alittle more about these guys, so anything you do find would be much appreciated. Also, if you could recommend an "ultimate bible" for snake identification I would also appreciate it. I have perused Greene's atlas of snakes, and its very comprehensive, but I am just wondering if there isn't more out there.
