hungry ratsnake please help

i hatched two rat snakes out of a small cluctch of eggs and both have had their first shed. they are in the same tank(i think that is ok)and one will not eat. they are too small for pinkys so i fead them frogs. one eats them readily but the other doesnt, i have tried to force feed and feed in seperate tanks. does any one have an idea. maybe just leave the frog in for a few days.
