Try both live pinks and frozen/thawed. Live newborn mice should work, it's probably just time untill his hunger gets the best of him. If he still doesn't seem to want it, try scenting with chick or lizard, a couple of prey items they are more likely to seek in the wild. If all else fails and he seems unlikely to eat on his own accord, you may need to jump start him for his first couple of meals, untill he gets the idea. Hope this helps.
