Searching For Bill Mulligan

Mr. Mulligan has done business with me in the past and I have an offer for him. I've misplaced his home phone # number and I don't think that he was online last time I spoke with him. If anyone knows how to reach him please let me know. I'm also posting this on the colubrid classifides but I thought I may have better luck here.
