My previous statement was a little brief.
I did not have professional autopsies done on the animals, but there was no staining from lower back area of the animal, which to my apparently novice eyes gave me the impression that there wasnt a gall bladder to release bile into the body cavity. I was merely looking for more insight as to this "condition".
I like to hear the input from people actually present in the area to entertain my curiosity of the what goes on in the animal markets (not that there is much guessing).

It can help dispell many of the "theories" that make their way around the circle.
