SHEDDING PROBLEM IMMEDIATE

I have a 1 year old everglades rat snake and last weakend i tryed feeding him a mouse and he didnt take it. the next day i noticed his eyes were cloudy and shedding was coming. His eyes cleared up on thursday and I thought shedding was immenite in the next 48 hours. Saterday morning I have taken notice that his Skin has broken in several places on his back. Now i am really worried, he has not eaten in 13 days and his skin has broke in several spots and he has not attempted to shed yet. I know i can take care of the feeding problem after he sheds his skin, but he better hurry up. If he has not shed by sunday i am going to call vet for advice.

Any help VERY welcome
