Persian Rats.....(pic)

They've only been out about three weeks, and the female looks gravid already. Could it be that a fall mating, which took place in 2000, carried over and the ovulating eggs are fertile already? In the spring of 2000, when she was 2.5 yrs. old, she produced eight infertile eggs. Check my photopoint site for an update on the Persian pics.
