my yellow rat snake has not eaten for over 2 months!!!!

he seems skittish and kind of standoffish while in his cage. but when i take him out he just loves to explore me.a very friendly snake,never stricken at me.the temp in his cage stays around 75-80 degrees F.he has a rather large cage with a large shoebox to hide in and i have a 20 gallon tank i use to feed him in,except he won't eat.he just ignores the mice.i even made an incision into one mouse's brain to draw blood and hopefully attract the snake,NO SUCH LUCK.all i got was a dead and twitching mouse.i am very concerned for the health and well being of my snake.but i don't know what to do. i also got a clean bill of health from the vet.no mites or anything like that.no lumps,injuries,or any abnormalities that anyone can find.if anyone can please help me i will greatly appreciate it,as i said i am very concerned for his health.thank you ahead of time anyone who answers this message.
