Hello! i am having trouble feeding my subocs, need help!

Hello from Snake Productions! i am in charge of trans pecos rat snakes here. i have silver and blonde. i recently purchased a 1.1 suboc pair, male is silver, female is het. silver and is blonde from reptilesforsale.com, and they are not feeding. both are around 3 feet. i have tried live and frozen/thawed. i need help! they have obviousley fed before, and reptilesforsale.com helps me not. does anyone have any suggestions?
