First, nice snake in the pic. Second don't get stressed over these guys and I only say that becasue they have caused me numerous stressful nights. First don't think of them like rat snakes or corns......they are very private and don't like being interrupted while eating. I recommend just waiting the animal out...it works for me every time. I had 3 of them now only 2 and I can see why people sell them after keeping them for 6 months...they are alot of work and you must go slow and did I mention quietly:)
I wish you the best of luck and if you are trying to pump this snake you can just forget it. I've had mine for 1 year and probably won't breed them for at least two more summers. Did I mention they were already yearlings when I got them.
