Enough Heat?? Newbie Question!!!

Hi everyone, I recently got some Leucy TX. Rats and Albino Nelsoni and was wondering if my ambient house temp. (73-76) is suffient!!?? I do have a room for my Ball Pythons, but was thinking it was to hot for them (86-88).
