:Hi everyone, I recently got some Leucy TX. Rats and Albino Nelsoni and was wondering if my ambient house temp. (73-76) is suffient!!?? I do have a room for my Ball Pythons, but was thinking it was to hot for them (86-88).
:What do you think?? Thanks, ERIC
:Eric,
Those are a couple of cool choices you got there!
Your room temps of 73 to 76 sound great for those type of colubrids but it is good for them to have a warm area around 84 especially after feeding. Having a temp gradient like that is optimal for most colubrids when they are not in hibernation.
Good luck and enjoy! Randy W.
